FAMILYGROUP MARZIA THOUGHT
It meets from September to May, on the last Friday of each month, bringing together the families of the Parish, usually couples who have come together for the pre-marriage course (but not necessarily!). Topics related to family life are discussed, with ample opportunity for discussion and reflection. The meetings end with a pleasant convivial moment. Over the years, the group has enjoyed the company of children born in the meantime. In this way, beautiful friendships have developed that are frequented even outside of the periodic meetings. The Group is dedicated to the memory of the dear founder. Claudia and Alessio.
PARENTS GROUP and PARENTING COUPLES
- Project of an interactive biblical journey with parents who ask for their children the catechesis of Christian initiation, throughout the time of the catechism of the children in the parish and even beyond, if they wish. A concrete proposal in which the experience of parenthood and family that they are living, becomes an experience of sharing the word of God, or a concrete opportunity to rediscover the Gospel in our lives today. The meeting is monthly at 11:30 in the hall of the convent. Livia Tiriticco
RECREATION CENTRE FOR SENIOR PEOPLE
On the last Wednesday of every month, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the parish hall, people of a certain age are welcomed and gathered. They are entertained and cheered with songs, readings, games (especially during the Christmas period, bingo games are very popular), anecdotes and jokes. Around 5:00 p.m. they are offered a sweet or savory snack.

Catechesis for adults: not the classic catechesis! the idea was born from the need for a place and time useful for discussion. Starting from the sacred scripture, each meeting then turns out to be a propitious occasion to expose one's doubts and perplexities, even one's opposition, with the common intent of growing together in faith!

Laudare, Prædicare, Blessing!
The Dominican charism is based on four fundamental pillars: Preaching: Dominicans are called to preach the word of God everywhere and at all times. Study: The importance of intellectual formation is central to Dominicans. They study theology, philosophy and other sciences in order to preach with competence and depth. Community life: They live in community, sharing prayer, study and work. Prayer: The life of prayer, especially the Liturgy of the Hours and contemplation, is essential to nourish their apostolic mission. Dominicans combine contemplation with apostolic action, seeking to bring the truth and light of the Gospel into people's lives through preaching, teaching and the example of life.

The oldest prayers
St. Dominic
O Saint Dominic, who gave wonderful hope to your weeping children, assuring them of your help after death, fulfill, O Father, what you promised, helping us with your intercession.
You who shone through the many miracles performed for the sick, strengthen our weakness, offering us the help of Christ. Fulfill, O Father, what you promised by helping us with your intercession.
(O spem miram: Responsory of the feast, 1236)

The Founder of the Friars Preachers
Dominic founded the Order of Preachers, the Dominicans, with the revolutionary idea of combining contemplative prayer with intense preaching activity. He wanted his friars to be cultured, able to discuss and refute heresies with solid arguments, but also simple and close to the people.

A Model for Today's Youth
Saint Dominic is an extraordinary model for today's youth. His ability to combine study and action, prayer and preaching, can inspire anyone who seeks to make a difference in the world. His life teaches us that true change comes through passion, dedication and love for others.

We are always close to you!
